Production Infrastructure

The Plant is spread over an area of 65000 sq. ft., of which the covered area is 33000 sq. ft. Entire production & maintenance area is serviced by 7 E.O.T. cranes for efficient and easy material handling ergonomics.

Inspection & Quality Control

Raw Material is purchased only from Prime Steel Makers with their Test Certificates to ensure good input quality.

Samples of every batch of output are checked for chemical composition. Visual checks are conducted for fins, chips, seams, pitting, etc. The output is constantly monitored throughout the entire manufacturing process and also after the process, for control of Surface Finish, Size Control, Dimensional tolerances etc.
